Spotlessly clean and modern place with excellent and knowledgeable staff at one Beautiful receptionist. Absolutely perfect and incredible location, next to an art museum. A good choice of tourist attractions next to the hotel, like a gallery and a museum.

Our room was reasonably large and double superior with balcony and the overall experience was excellent. The food was FAB with a wide array of options. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and knew how to help.

Wonderful boutique hotel with very, very nice staff at one Beautiful receptionist. Had great location opposite the art museum, minutes from a Renaissance palace. Also - next to the bridge, the Uffizi and the palazzo vechio, the Boboli gardens, and museums and galleries.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Brilliant place for discovering Florence with great and lovely staff at one Beautiful receptionist. Very easy to get from Peretola airport, just 10 km. Bright rooms, reasonably spacious bathrooms, lovely beds. Variety of fab food at breakfast time.

I enjoyed this excellent and nice place, stayed there for 2 nights. The room was clean, had essentials, like a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The beds were lovely, the food was fab.

This was an excellent weekend, I didn't feel like leaving. Would come here again, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and location close to the old bridge was absolutely perfect. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable and made me feel at home. The rooms were great-sized and had lovely beds. The view especially at sunset from the window was great, loved it.

Comfortable stay, as always. Reasonably clean and rare accom with marvellous location very close to Santo Spiritu square, centre and all attractions.
